Mike O’Connell – Owner
Mike is a native of Raynham, MA and attended Coyle & Cassidy H.S. At CCHS Mike ran Cross-Country, Winter Track and Spring Track and went on to Endicott College where his team won the GNAC Championship his freshman year.
A veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Mike returned home to his wife, Liz O’Connell to found Spark BRS, Inc. and build Spark Bike Run Sports. It has been his dream to bring a shop such as this to his home. Together Mike and Liz own and operate the store.
Not only is Mike a runner, he is also an avid mountain biker. If you can’t find Mike and Liz at the shop chances are they’re at Massassoit State Park for a ride or maybe a trail run. Drop a line on facebook if you’re interested in meeting up. Consider it an open invitation!

Randall Charlwood – Sales Manager
Randall recently moved here from Virginia where he was employed by Olde Towne Bicycles. Randy is an active road cyclist and mountain biker. So far Randall has completed 6 MS 150 Rides with many more to go. You would be hard pressed to find a more helpful and knowledgeable salesperson, so come on in and seek him out.

Bobby Nash – Service Pro
Bobby Nash is locally known for BMX racing, mountain biking, and for being one of the best bicycle mechanics in the area. You may recognize him from his time at Silver City Bicycles. Bobby is quiet and reserved but extremely knowledgeable. Whether you have a complicated problem or just a routine service; Bobby is your man.

Michael Alberto – Sales
Michael is a young member of the Spark Team and is eager to learn. Currently he is a Senior at Taunton High School and a member of the Cross Country Team. You will find that while Michael is still learning he is extremely helpful. Michael’s primary focus area at Spark is Running Footwear.

Alex Turner – Sales
Alex has replaced Michael as the youngest member of the Spark Team. At a young age he is already an accomplished swimmer on the Apponequet High School Swim Team, as well as an up and coming Triathlete. In addition to Swimming and Triathlon, Alex is also quite the Mountain Biker. What you’ll love about Alex while shopping at Spark is his enthusiasm. He’s just as excited about your bike purchase as you are and will make sure that you have everything you need.
Dale Higgins – Sales
Dale is a dedicated mountain biker who recently got into the sport. Let’s just say he fell in love with all things “bike” immediately. You’ll find Dale to be eager to assist you with your purchases and quite willing to join you for a trail ride. Just ask!
