Please join us at Spark Bike Run Sports for another educational evening with Endurance Fitness Systems Coach, Jason Paganelli. This month’s focus is on better run mechanics. What does “run mechanics” mean? This term refers to your body’s position and movement throughout the stride. The goal being to maximize energy output and minimize fatigue.
The evening will start at 6:30pm with a short lecture and then move to the parking lot where Coach Jay will be evaluating strides and making suggestions. Come dressed comfortably and bring your running shoes!
